Our Community consists of 665 homes, offering main floor living with open and spacious floor plans. The centerpiece of the community is the 13,000 square foot Hemingway Hall clubhouse and the Dickens Den annex which is surrounded by a pool, pickleball, tennis, and bocce courts, community gardening plots as well as a dog park for our furry friends. You will also find our functioning bee pens helping to make us a pollinator-friendly community. With our “PIF” (Pay-It-Forward) program, the whole community comes together to help one another when needed.
